Re: Operation Alice
You have been called in due to the re-emergence of a missing persons case involving a young female artist. Her case has been cold for approximately four months and has only recently been handed off to the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) with renewed interest after one of her credit cards was used in Maryland. The case is now being treated as a possible kidnapping after a Delta Green friendly within the FBI also spotted something rather unusual in the victim's apartment. You are being brought in to investigate and will be given FBI credentials for this operation, regardless of your background and training. Activation to the Program will occur through a communication detailing a briefing time and location.
As a player, you are welcome to slide into any role as a Delta Green agent, or friendly, and can be as experienced or inexperienced as you want. Feel free to even decide how many times your character has been exposed to violence, helplessness, and any other background elements you so choose. Make your background feel like a story you wish to tell, and consider talking to your fellow players to see if any character connections exist. Delta Green Agents don't often meet each other on multiple missions, but it isn't impossible that two agents shared a previous mission or even some other bit of history. However, keep in mind that for this operation tradecraft will be key for operation success.
If your Agent is affiliated with another agency/branch or from the private sector, you will be granted cover as being “reassigned to a joint task force" or being “acquisitioned as a specialist or contractor in-field" respectively. If you are being reactivated from retirement, then your Agent will just have to manage personal affairs since they have no job to report to. That being said, while your character’s cover with your employer will be bullet proof - assuming you don't end up on the Five O'clock news - it will be up to you on what your Agent tells your bonds and others who may be close to you concerning your mission.
Keep these aspects in mind as you develop your Agent and prepare for Operation: Alice, the first operation in an overarching campaign.
Meeting location for the full briefing will be provided during the opening session.
Good luck and may your training see you through.
Your Handler,
PineTale

20 May 2026
An invitation has been sent out for a character creation session for our next story, "Operation: Hound Dog," tentatively scheduled for 24 June 2026 at our usual date and time. The next story will see us diving into the world of Delta Green, an investigative story where covering your tracks becomes a must. Essentially, Men In Black with a Call of Cthulhu twist.
20 May 2026
We'll be taking an administrative day on 27 June 2026 and shall return on Wed 3 June 2026.
30 Apr 2026
Side note: With Jason's absence on 29 Apr 2025, plan on Jessie spending some time at the start of our next session working one on one with Jason and his character, J J Miller, to get them all caught up into the action. Put another way, that cliffhanger is going to be extended a wee bit due to JJ recovering and realizing he's been left behind. You know, just like any TV show does when they return from a cliffhanger, make you wait for that shoe to drop...or in our case, the mirror.
23 Apr 2026
Beginning 29 Apr 2026 our investigators will enter Funland: Dark Echoes. A once fully functioning amusement park that closed down in the late 70s due to suspicious circumstances that public relations manager, Ena Matthews, could not overcome in her mission to restore the park's reputation. What will our fearless investigators discover?
19 Apr 2026
The players have voted and we have a winner for our next great adventure: the amusement park, a Call of Cthulhu scenario will be where we go next. This means we'll enter and investigate an abandoned amusement park called "Funland" in the year 1996. It's time to Explore, Respond, and Survive.
25 Mar 2026
We'll be taking a week off and shall return on Wed 8 Apr 2026. Until then, may your dice grow no moss.

22 Feb 2026
Our diligent and hardworking Game Master (GM) has been looking into a tabletop RPG version of Fallout, based on the popular Interplay Productions video game and Amazon Prime television show, to possibly include this in our lineup of games to play. Another adventure rich setting to Explore, Respond, and *hopefully* Survive.
