Scenario

In September 1996, only two Delta Green Agents are left to investigate the strange phenomenon occuring in Groversville, TN. Their investigation led them back to the Town Hall where their discovery was quite particular. The county Aldermen existed in a blob of grey protomater only as heads, feet, and arms. Their faces floating around the blob mimmicking the conversations that the agents had heard from other town folk.

While this strange discovery would question most people's sanity, it did not impact our committed agents in the least. Instead they fought this strange abomination off with pose. Their demeanor was what one might expect from agents of this caliber. It wasn't until one agent doused the other in a protomatter detection spray uncovering a mass infestation. This revelation, seeing his partner glowing from active protomatter, is what it took to send this agent to reach his breaking point.
